घर पे बनाये होटल जैसे टेस्टी क्रिस्पी कॉर्न चिल्ली | Crispy corn chilli recipe | Delicious Pakwan
Crispy corn chilli .easy and tasty starter recipe. Crispy corn toss in chinese sauces.
Ingredients- 2 cups corn
1 cup sliced cut capsicum
3 to 4 spring onions
1.5 tsp garlic chopped
½ tsp ginger chopped
2 green chillis chopped
Salt, pepper powder
oil
1 tbsp soya sauce,vineger and hot and sweet tomato sauce (each)
3 tbsp cornflour

Method-
Take 2 cups corn and add salt as per your taste then boil the corn in a pot for 10 minutes. Once boiled, strain the water and put the corn in cold water till it comes to room temperature. Now remove the excess water and coat in cornflour. Take some amount of oil for frying the corns. Deep fry corns for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep aside. In another pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil and green chilis, onions, capsicum, garlic and ginger. Saute.Now add sauces and stir. Add fried crispy corn. Add black pepper. Mix it well. Garnish with spring and serve hot.
