1 cup chana dal, soaked 1 hour1 cup chana dal, soaked 1 hour
4 cup water4 cup water
1 tsp ghee
½ tsp cumin
2 green chilli
½ Tomato
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
pinch asafoetida
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander

1 1/2 cup maida
¼ tsp ajwain
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

water to kneadwater to knead
oil for deep fryingoil for deep frying
