- 4-5 slices of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Crispy Prosciutto:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the prosciutto slices and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil. Once cooled, break them into small pieces.
Prepare White Sauce:
